Coach Lampman is a veteran baseball coach with over 30 years of experience. He graduated from Hampden-Sydney College in 1992 with a BA in Psychology and earned a MA in Special Education from Wilmington College in 2010. Coach Lampman is certified to teach Special Education, Physical Education, and Health. A graduate of Clover Hill High School in Richmond, VA, 1987, Coach Lampman played baseball at Hampden-Sydney College as a 4-year starter. He earned 2x First Team All-Conference honors in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference and was named to the NCAA All-Region Tournament Team in the NC Wesleyan Region. Coach Lampman ranks among the top 10 in several Hampden-Sydney single-season categories, including #10 in batting average (.427), #2 in home runs (11), #8 in RBIs (38), #4 in runs scored (45), and #10 in total bases (82). His career marks include #5 in batting average (.366), #1 in career home runs (26), #3 in RBIs (100), and #2 in runs scored (114). He was inducted into the Hampden-Sydney Athletic Hall of Fame in 2001, the Clover Hill High School Athletic Hall of Fame in 2007, and the Eastern Shore Baseball League Hall of Fame in 2016.

Coach Lampman’s coaching career began in 1992 as the Assistant Baseball Coach at Stephen Decatur High School. He became the Head Baseball Coach at Stephen Decatur from 1993-1997 and in 1999. He was also an assistant coach at Salisbury University in 1998 and Head Baseball Coach at Hampden-Sydney College from 2000-2003. In 2004, he joined Snow Hill High School as an Assistant Baseball Coach before becoming Head Baseball Coach from 2005-2007. He was the Head Football Coach at Snow Hill from 2008-2009, and then resumed his role as Head Baseball Coach at Snow Hill from 2012 to 2024, accumulating over 200 wins and leading the team to multiple championships. Coach Lampman’s accolades as a baseball coach include Bayside Conference Coach of the Year honors in 1996, 1997, 2006, 2018, 2021, and 2022, as well as MSABC Region 8 Coach of the Year awards in 2006 and 2021. Under his leadership, Snow Hill High School won Bayside South and Bayside championships in 2018, 1A East Region Championships in 2006 and 2022-2023, and the 1A State Championship in 2006. In 2019, Coach Lampman became the Founder, President of Baseball Operations, and Instructor at East Coast Titans Baseball, where he continues to develop young talent in the sport. He is also a member of ABCA. In addition, Coach Lampman attended the 2024 Wake Forest Pitchers Seminar.

Jim Terrill

Coach Terrill graduated from Bowie High School in 1984, leading his team to a Maryland 4A Baseball State Championship. He attended Lamar University in Beaumont, TX, from 1984 to 1987, winning two Southland Conference Championships. In 1987, he was drafted by the San Francisco Giants and led the Northwest League in saves and ERA. In 1990, he was selected in the Rule 5 Draft by the LA Dodgers, where he won a minor league championship with the Vero Beach Dodgers in the Florida State League. He pitched for two years in the Texas League with the AA San Antonio Missions, and in 1992, he played professionally in Rotterdam, Holland, during his final year of professional baseball. After his playing career, Coach Terrill became the pitching coach at the University of Maryland. In 1994, he returned to the Bowie Baysox, working as a sales rep and radio color commentator. In 1996, he was hired as assistant general manager for the Shorebirds and was promoted to general manager in 1997. During his time there, the team won two South Atlantic League Championships in 1997 and 2000. Since 2002, Coach Terrill has worked as a real estate agent and owner of The Terrill Team. From 2011 to 2023, he coached for Berlin Little League, the Mid-Atlantic Shockers Organization, the Mid-Atlantic Red Sox, and the East Coast Titans.

Derek Yobst

Coach Yobst coached at Chesapeake College from 1998 to 2004, Parkside High School from 2005 to 2011, and the Royals from 2016 to 2018. He has been at Mardela since 2017. In 2019, he coached Player of the Year Dylan Smith and was part of the staff that won Coach of the Year. Coach Yobst played college baseball at Salisbury University from 1991 to 1994, earning All-CAC honors in 1993. He was inducted into the Eastern Shore Baseball Hall of Fame, National Semi-Pro Hall of Fame, and Maryland Semi-Pro Hall of Fame. At James M. Bennett, he was Bayside South Player of the Year in 1990. He is a member of the ABCA and a self-taught hitting guru. Outside of baseball, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Drew Owens

Coach Owens has coached at Mardela High School for 4 years. He played high school baseball from 2014 to 2017, earning 2nd Team honors and Honorable Mention twice. He also played travel baseball for Diamond Dreams, Man-Up, and the Canes. In addition, Coach Owens attended the 2024 Wake Forest Pitchers Seminar to further develop his coaching knowledge. Coach Owens is a member of the ABCA, holds his International Sports Sciences Association certification, and is also Rapsodo Certified. Outside of baseball, he enjoys watching sports and hanging out with friends.

Brady Hare

Coach Hare has been with Snow Hill High School since 2017, helping lead the team to a Bayside Championship in 2018 and Regional Championships in 2022 and 2023. He also contributed to Regional Finalist appearances in 2017, 2018, 2021, and 2024. Since 2020, he has coached with the East Coast Titans and previously led the Worcester County American Legion to two Lower Eastern Shore Division Championships in 2019 and 2021. Under his leadership, the team was Maryland State Tournament Runner-Up in 2019. A former player at Colonel Richardson High School, Coach Hare was part of a 1A State Championship in 2007, 1A East Regional Championship in 2007, Bayside Championship in 2008, and Co-Bayside Championship in 2009. He was also a 1A East Region Finalist in 2009. Individually, he earned All-Bayside honors: Honorable Mention in 2007, Second Team in 2008, and First Team in 2009. He also played travel baseball for the Eastern Shore Hurricanes under Coach Donnie Gowe. Coach Hare has been a member of the ABCA since 2021. Outside of baseball, he enjoys spending time with his wife, dog, and two cats, golfing, and tackling home projects- especially those his wife requests. 

Austin Heenan

Coach Heenan played at Nandua High School, where he set school records in wins, strikeouts, and WHIP, and led the state in strikeouts in 2013. He also played for the Mid Atlantic Shockers under Coach Lampman and the Mid Atlantic Pirates. He then played college baseball for three years at Virginia Military Institute, 2014-2017, before finishing his career at Salisbury University in 2018, where he earned All-American Pitcher honors.

After college, Coach Heenan began coaching at Salisbury University in the fall of 2018, where he contributed to the team's 2021 National Championship, 2022 National Pitcher of the Year, and 2021 and 2022 Conference Pitcher of the Year. Today he still helps coach at Salisbury University as an assistant coach. Coach Heenan is a member of the ABCA and holds certifications in Mastery of Mental Performance and Driveline Pitch Design. Outside of baseball, Coach Heenan enjoys golfing, fishing, and playing pickleball.

Coach Sarbanes is currently a senior pitcher at Methodist University, where he was named MVP Pitcher in 2024. Before college, he played baseball at Parkside High School, earning 1st Team All-Conference. He also played travel baseball for East Coast Royals under Coach Lampman and Coach Terrill, and was a player on the first-ever East Coast Titans team. Outside of baseball, Coach Sarbanes enjoys hunting.

Ben Jackson

Coach Jackson has been with Snow Hill High School for three years, helping coach the baseball team to two Regional Championships. During his tenure, he coached the Bayside Player of the Year and multiple All-Bayside selections. A Snow Hill graduate, Coach Jackson played for the Eagles from 2017 to 2020, earning a Bayside Championship and the Bayside Scholar-Athlete of the Year award. He also played travel baseball for Fruitland Force and Aces.

Coach Jackson holds a NFHS certification and enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors in his free time. 

Keith Owens

Coach Owens brings over 20 years of coaching experience, including 7 years as a volunteer coach and 3 years as head coach at Mardela High School. In 2019, he was named Bayside South Coach of the Year and coached the Bayside Player of the Year. Coach Owens has also spent 10 years coaching travel baseball with Diamond Dreams, Man-Up, and Canes. Coach Owens played college baseball for one year at Delaware Technical Community College and high school baseball at Mardela High School from 1987 to 1990. In high school, he earned 2nd Team Bayside honors, was named Pitcher of the Game, and played in the Senior All-Star Game. Outside of baseball, Coach Owens enjoys attending Orioles and Ravens games with his wife and family, watching Duke Basketball with Drew, and spending time waterfowl hunting and fishing.

Ryan Teaman

Coach Teaman has coached at Mardela for 1 year and is currently a Graduate Assistant at Hood College. He played at Salisbury University for 2 years, winning a National Championship.

Coach Teaman played in high school at Mardela from 2016 to 2019, and was a two-time First Team All-Bayside selection. He also played travel baseball for Bagel Bombers, Evoshield Canes, and Mizuno Aces.

Outside of baseball, Coach Teaman enjoys nature.

Zach Adams

Coach Adams has been coaching for 2 years. He played college baseball for 2 years at Campbell University and 2 years at Salisbury University. In high school at Snow Hill High School, Coach Adams was named Player of the Year, First Team All-Conference, and won a Bayside Championship. He also played travel baseball for the East Coast Royals. In addition, Coach Adams attended the 2024 Wake Forest Pitchers Seminar to enhance his coaching expertise. Outside of baseball, Coach Adams enjoys hunting and working out.

Tyler Owens

Coach Owens has been an assistant coach at Parkside High School since 2017, where the team won the 2023 Maryland 2A State Championship. He has also served as head coach for the Wicomico Legion Blue Sox since 2018 and as an instructor at East Coast Titans since 2022. Coach Owens played high school baseball at Parkside High School and is a member of the ABCA and MSABC.

Outside of baseball, Coach Owens enjoys attending Orioles and Maryland basketball games and fishing.

Jake Whittington

Coach Whittington coached at Bennett High School for one year. He played college baseball at Wilson College for four years, earning All-Conference, Pre-Season D3 Summer Spotlight, 3x Male Athlete Award for Academic Excellence, and 1st Team Cal Ripken honors. At Wicomico High School, he was team MVP twice, All-Conference, and participated in the Senior All-Star Game. He played travel baseball for the Mid-Atlantic Shockers and East Coast Royals. Coach Whittington is currently the assistant pitching coach at Clarion University. Outside of baseball, he enjoys golf.

Chad Wien

Coach Wien coached at Salisbury University for 4 years, helping the team win a National Championship and earn Staff of the Year honors. He played college baseball at Frostburg State. He also played at Delmar High School, earning a conference championship, and played travel baseball for Diamond Dreams and High Heat. Coach Wien is currently the assistant baseball coach at Hampden-Sydney College. He is a member of the ABCA. Outside of baseball, he enjoys golfing and spending time with his kids and dog.

Justin Meekins

Coach Meekins played at Salisbury University from 2017 to 2021, earning four-time First Team All-Conference, three-time First Team All-South Region, 2021 All-American, and 2021 Conference Player of the Year. He helped Salisbury win three conference titles, one regional championship, and the 2021 National Championship. Coach Meekins ranks in the top 10 at Salisbury for games played, hits, home runs, RBIs, runs scored, walks, OBP, HBP, stolen bases, and sacrifice hits. At Stephen Decatur High School, Coach Meekins was a three-time First Team All-Bayside, two-time Bayside Player of the Year, and two-time All-State. He also played for Canes National and Mid-Atlantic Red Sox. Coach Meekins has coached at Stephen Decatur for one year, leading them to a Bayside Championship. He is currently the hitting coach at Salisbury University. Outside of baseball, Coach Meekins enjoys time with friends and family.

Tim Peake

Coach Peake has 10 years of coaching experience with the Mid-Atlantic Shockers Baseball Club and East Coast Royals Showcase Program. He has provided individualized hitting and fielding instruction for over 20 college athletes, including multiple D1, D2, D3, and JUCO players. Coach Peake has worked with all age groups, from 8U to 17U, and has aided in the college recruitment process for dozens of athletes over 7 years at East Coast Royals.

Coach Peake played college baseball at Hagerstown Community College in 2009 and 2010 but had both seasons cut short due to injury. In high school, he was a four-year varsity player at Smithsburg High School from 2004 to 2008 and played travel baseball for Funkstown Post 211 . He has experience working with Rapsodo (hitting) and Hittrax. Outside of baseball, Coach Peake enjoys spending time with family, reading, and landscaping.

Josh Wyatt

Coach Wyatt coached Crisfield Varsity Baseball for 4 years, the East Coast Royals for 2 years, and served as an Instructor at Shockers for 3 years, winning various tournaments at Sports at the Beach.

He played college baseball at James Madison University from 2013 to 2017, earning Athletics Director Scholar-Athlete honors in the Fall 2016, and the Spring 2017, the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award in 2016, and CAA All-Academic Team in 2015.

At James M. Bennett High School, Coach Wyatt was awarded Wendy's High School Heisman School Winner and State Finalist in 2012. His team set the Maryland State Record for longest winning streak at 56-0, won back-to-back Maryland 3A State Championships in 2011 and 2012, and back-to-back regional titles in 2011 and 2012. He helped lead his team to three Bayside Championships from 2010 to 2012 and was named First Team All-Bayside, Bayside Baseball Player of the Year, and Bayside Athlete of the Year in 2012. Coach Wyatt played travel baseball for the Delmarva Shorebirds, Diamond Dreams, and Evoshield Canes. Outside of baseball, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Jamie Gladden

Coach Gladden is currently the pitching coach at James M. Bennett High School. He previously coached at the Mid-Atlantic Shockers and East Coast Royals. He played college baseball for 2 years at Delaware Technical Community College and high school baseball at Parkside High School from 1996-1999. Outside of baseball, Coach Gladden enjoys golfing.

Brian Hollamon

Coach Hollamon was Head Coach at UMES from 2017 to 2023, after serving as an assistant coach there from 1996 to 1999. His high school coaching career includes Head Coach positions at Parkside High School from 2004 to 2016, Mardela High School from 2000 to 2003, and currently as an assistant coach at Mardela High School from 2024 to present. He also coached Shorebyrds Travel Baseball Club from 2011 to 2017 and served as Head Coach at American Legion Post 64 from 2014 to 2017, following his time as an assistant at the same post from 1997 to 2000.

Coach Hollamon earned Bayside South Coach of the Year honors in 2006, 2008, and 2011 and District 8 Coach of the Year in 2009 and 2014. He was named MSABC Amateur Coach of the Year in 2016. Coach Hollamon played college baseball at Salisbury State University from 1992 to 1995, earning All-Conference and MVP honors. He also played at Sussex Central High School, where he was an All-Conference and All-State selection, and made World Series appearances in 1990 and 1991 with Big League. He is a member of both the ABCA and MSABC and enjoys all things sports-related outside of baseball.

Evan Truitt

Coach Truitt graduated from Stephen Decatur High School, where he was named the 2021 Bayside Player of the Year. He played three years of college baseball at Charleston Southern University, earning 1st Team All-Big South honors and being recognized as Big South Relief Pitcher of the Week four times. Coach Truitt is currently playing professional baseball for the Seattle Mariners organization. Outside of baseball, he enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Cole Swift

Coach Swift played under Coach Lampman at Snow Hill High School from 2019-2023. He currently plays at Salisbury University and is majoring in Exercise Science. With two years of experience in strength and conditioning coaching, Coach Swift is passionate about helping athletes improve their performance.

Jack Colagiovanni

Coach Colagiovanni played at Wake Tech Community College from 2019-2020 before continuing his career at Concord University from 2020-2023, where he played Division II baseball. Since 2024 he has been an assistant coach at Salisbury University and serves as the Head Coach of the River City Skippers in the Old North State League. Coach Colagiovanni holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Concord University and is pursuing a Master's in Health and Human Performance at Salisbury University. He is also certified in Driveline Pitch Design.

Bruce Lane

Coach Lane played as a pitcher and outfielder at North Caroline High School and went on to pitch for Eastern Post 70 American Legion for two years. He was a four-year pitcher for Salisbury State College, serving as captain and earning MVP honors in his senior year, where he once held the record for 11 consecutive wins. With a 50-year coaching career, Coach Lane began coaching the Salisbury Colt League while in college and later coached at Berlin Little League, where he won one district championship. He has also coached at Fruitland Little League and with travel teams, including Diamond Dreams, Man Up, Fruitland Force, East Coast Shockers, and is now a coach with the Titans.
